Amazing program

Five Effects of PG on me

I am using PG since 3 years now, and I think it is a great invention. Here is what it does for me and at the end I will also tell you my exercise regimen:
1) Harder erections: I think this is so far the best effect I can mention. Because harder erections provide more pleasure for the receiver.
2) Orgasm control: It helped my kegel muscles to get stronger and also provide flexibility. By squeezing kegel muscles during sex orgasm can be controlled.
3) Dry orgasms: This is connected to the second article. The more you squeeze your kegel muscles and delay the orgasm the more you increase your pleasure and experience dry orgasms without ejaculation. The feeling of your penis contracting gives extra pleasure to your partner. It also increase the hardness of your erection.
4) Multi orgasms: Once you learn how to control your orgasm (which is also the natural effect of the PG exercises, so squeezing kegel muscle is not always necessary) you may experience multi orgasms that is more ejaculation after the first one without stopping or losing erection. However, the strength of erection is not as hard as the first ejaculation. Still harder than you imagine though.

Delivers what it promises

I'm 43 and very fit, but had just started to notice the last year or so that the quality of my erections and ejaculation 'force' & volume had both started to decline...NOT GOOD! I really wanted to get back to how everything worked when I was 25-35! ...so, I have just completed week 4 of the basic program, and am very happy with the results. By the end of week 2, I noticed I could really feel a new, better and stronger tone in my PC muscles...from there they have just gotten stronger and stronger. DEFINITE improvement in all areas. I can not wait to start with the week 5 resistance training, I feel that is where the "superman" results will come. I found the very first workout was the trickiest/hardest, as I had very minimal PC muscle feel/activation. The 2nd workout was when I could really feel the muscles working properly. Now after week 4, the difference is amazing, and I can contract my PC muscles powerfully and easily. Anyway, great program! Do yourself a favor - stay healthy all over.

I am now in week three of the Private Gym series videos. I am enjoying knowing I am strengthening my pelvic muscles. Additionally, I am now experiencing waves of pleasure during the exercises. I highly recommend taking care of yourself with the Private Gym.
