Very comfortable fit and pretty easy to use. I do wish the valve at the top was constructed a little different, maybe the tip of it being slightly larger and easier to manipulate, or a different valve altogether. To reduce penis fluid buildup I do wear a silicone sleeve. My length is improving. Almost to 8.5 inches and girth in the tube is almost touching each side.

Not sure if too much pubic hair is the reason why I am loosing suction and if the base isn't sealed tight enough to maintain constant suction without slowing leaking down I wondered if the rubber selfstick on pad that is optional will solve this issue.
