Does Private Gym Ship Worldwide?

Yes, we ship to most international destinations. If your country is available in the drop down menu for destination country, we will ship to you!

How Are Your Shipping Costs Calculated?

Shipping costs are dynamically generated at checkout. You will be given up to three shipping choices with varying cost/speed tiers. Costs are based on the carrier, the size/weight of the products you ordered, and the final delivery location.

Orders over $100.00 are eligible for a $15.00 free shipping credit. For those orders, if the cost of shipping is under $15.00, shipping is free. If the cost of shipping is higher than $15.00, you pay only the difference. For example, if you place an order for $110.00 with a shipping cost of $17.26, you would pay only $2.26 for shipping.

Note that our digital products do not require shipping and access is granted immediately upon payment.

What Carriers Does Private Gym Use to Ship?

For orders within the US, we offer shipping mostly with USPS and FedEX. For orders outside of the US, we use over 250 carriers that vary depending on the destination country. You will be given up to three shipping choices at different cost/speed tiers upon checkout.

How Long Does it Take for My Private Gym Order to Ship?

Digital products do not require shipping and access is available immediately. All other products are dispatched from our warehouse within 1-2 business days. Shipping times will vary based on the shipping method selected during checkout.

Is the Private Gym shipped in discreet packaging?

Your privacy is guaranteed. The Private Gym is shipped in discreet packaging and appears as “SP * THE PRIVATE GYM” on your credit card statement. More importantly, any personal information provided to The Private Gym is kept confidential and is never shared or sold.
