Refurbishment Service for Viberect

When used regularly, a Viberect eventually requires maintenance. The batteries and the softpads degrade significantly after 100 uses, and replacing them is essential. Inspecting and lubricating the internal working parts in this timeframe is also helpful. Upon receipt of your Viberect, our maintenance service takes 2-3 weeks to complete and ship back to you. After servicing, the Viberect will operate as efficiently as when first purchased. Every Viberect service session includes the following:

• Replace the rechargeable NiMH batteries (AC charger sold separately)
• Replace the blue medical soft pads (one set of two pads is provided)
• Inspection, cleaning, and lubrication of internal working parts
• Replace any broken or worn internal parts
• Refurbishment service includes a 60-day unconditional guarantee on work performed
