I do wish the valve at the top was constructed a little different, maybe the tip of it being slightly larger and easier to manipulate, or a different valve altogether. The hydromax9 extreme is the first pump I have ever owned and I am very impressed and happy with it. It’s a common routine in the mornings when I get home from the gym. Shave, shower, even fold laundry with it on. I don’t use the shower strap. ( maybe that’s bad) but it will stay on without it. I do not use the insert comfort pad. To reduce penis fluid buildup I do wear a silicone sleeve. My length is improving. Almost to 8.5 inches and girth in the tube is almost touching each side.

I have tried it a few times, and I think I am now doing it right. I had to shave the hair around my cock to get a good seal. I think it is having an effect. I have also been jelquing, which also seems to help. I think I need the support strap to hold it up when I am in the shower.
