Amazing program

I've been using this program for just about a year now and I've seen VAST improvement. I recommend taking some extra time with each week of the program for optimum results. Consistency is key.

excellent - It works

I had serious issues with ED but this program works and less then 2 weeks , i am able to have average erection. I would complete the program and provide my reviews again.

Delivers what it promises

I'm 43 and very fit, but had just started to notice the last year or so that the quality of my erections and ejaculation 'force' & volume had both started to decline...NOT GOOD! I really wanted to get back to how everything worked when I was 25-35!, I have just completed week 4 of the basic program, and am very happy with the results. By the end of week 2, I noticed I could really feel a new, better and stronger tone in my PC muscles...from there they have just gotten stronger and stronger. DEFINITE improvement in all areas. I can not wait to start with the week 5 resistance training, I feel that is where the "superman" results will come. I found the very first workout was the trickiest/hardest, as I had very minimal PC muscle feel/activation. The 2nd workout was when I could really feel the muscles working properly. Now after week 4, the difference is amazing, and I can contract my PC muscles powerfully and easily. Anyway, great program! The training videos with the clear audio & visual timing cues really make it simple and more importantly, "idiot proof". I just hit middle age and want things to keep working for as long as possible. The first weight wasn't too difficult when I started the resistance portion. I worked my way up to week eight. After another six weeks or so of the program I'm now able to do the third weight - it's amazing the difference a couple of ounces make in difficulty. There is a difference with hardness and hopefully the effects of this program continue for as long as I do it.

Jonathan, the difference WILL continue and even get more evident. Just stick with it and follow our advice about to keep your sexual health in working order and you will be in great shape, even late into life. Please tell your friends if they need help! We are here for everyone.

Bob, I hope many men read your review. You are right, the MOST important thing is overall health. Then we must also specifically exercise our pelvic floor muscles, practice good hygiene and make sure we get regular stimulation down there. These are the keys to keeping our tools in good working order!
