When used regularly, a Viberect eventually requires maintenance. Both the batteries and the softpads degrade significantly after 100-200 uses, and replacing them is essential. It is also helpful to inspect and lubricate the internal working parts in this timeframe. Upon receipt of your Viberect, our maintenance service takes 2-3 weeks to complete and ship back to you. After servicing, the Viberect will operate as efficiently as when first purchased. Every Viberect service session includes the following:

• Replace the rechargeable NiMH batteries (AC charger sold separately)
• Replace the blue medical soft pads
• Inspection, cleaning, and lubrication of internal working parts
• Replace any broken or worn internal parts
