Your Starting Weekly Routine
The base schedule for the Max Boost Testosterone Booster Program is on the weekly plan below.
Perform the Kegel exercise program 3-4 times per week at any time of day. Take the AFFIRM twice per day, in the morning and the evening. Take the SupporT supplement once daily with your final meal of the day. Use Optimus Red twice daily for 10-20 minutes each session, once in the morning and once before bed. Use JetPack once daily for 5-10 minutes before bed and immediately after using Optimus Red. JetPack is the final step of the program each day.
Unbox the Products
Unbox the products and familiarize yourself with all the components.
Next, charge the red light box on your Optimus Red for at least one hour or until the indicator light turns green. We recommend charging the light panel at least weekly to ensure continuous use.
Place the JetPack (still in its bag) in the freezer so you can cool it to the optimal temperature.
Store all the other program parts in a cool, dry place.
Once familiar with all the components, you should register for training video access or load the enclosed DVD into a compatible device if you do not intend to access the training videos online. After registration, you will receive an email with instructions on how to log into your Private Gym account.
Once registered, you will receive an email with instructions to log onto your Private Gym account online.
First, as instructed in the Introduction to Complete Training page, begin Basic Training Week 1. Your online training videos will guide you through Weeks 1-8 of the program. Note that you can take longer than a week on each "Week," if necessary. Only proceed to the next level once you can complete the current level comfortably and without excessive strain.
The Max Boost Testosterone Booster Program also includes six additional weeks of Kegel programming after completing Week 8, called Advanced Resistance Training, which is as follows:
Weeks 9-10 - Use one weight
Weeks 11-12 - Use two weights
Weeks 13-14+ - Use three weights
Once you can perform the exercises with three extra weights, keep that weight for your ongoing training sessions. This challenging routine will dramatically increase your erectile firmness, ejaculatory force, and strength of your orgasms.
Place Optimus Red on top of your testicles with your underwear over the device to keep it in place. Remove Optimus Red immediately if the micro panels get hot (not just warm from your body heat). Properly functioning micro panels will not get hot.
Use Optimus Red for 10-20 minutes twice daily, once in the morning, once shortly before bed, and immediately before using JetPack.
Place the JetPack directly on top of your testicles. Direct skin contact or on top of your underwear are both OK.
If the cold feels too intense, we recommend placing the JetPack on top of your underwear or letting it warm up for a few minutes. The cold should not be painful. Keep the JetPack in place for 5-10 minutes.
After use, remove the JetPack from your testicles. Then return it to its storage bag and the freezer. JetPack is the final step of the program each day.
Incorporating the program into your daily routine is the best way to ensure you stick to it and get maximum results. We recommend associating the program steps with other tasks you are already performing daily. This connection will make it easier to form new habits with the program.
Likewise, this program is very portable. Please take it when you travel to perform it without interruption. Consistency is the key to getting maximum results!

• Do not use Primal Cold JetPack if you have hypersensitivity to cold.
