Register for a Private Gym online account or load the enclosed DVD into your laptop or desktop if you do not intend to access the training videos online.
Once registered, you will receive an email with instructions to log onto your Private Gym account online.
Begin taking your PreLONG supplement. Follow the instructions on the bottle and take one capsule daily with or without food. It usually takes 3-6 weeks to reach efficacy (show results), so please begin as soon as possible. Increase to two pills daily if no results are apparent. Refills are available here.

Now you are ready to start the Complete Training Program. As instructed in the Introduction to Complete Training page, begin the Private Gym’s Basic Training Week 1. Although not required, performing the exercises while erect or partially erect will increase the effectiveness of the routines, since your pelvic muscles will be engaged and blood flow will increase.
This is a good time to use a high quality lubricant such as Uberlube to stimulate yourself in order to enhance your erection. Continue through the Private Gym program as directed until you complete all 8 Weeks of Complete Training.
The Premature Ejaculation Program includes six additional weeks of exercises. Starting after you complete Week 8, add an Extra Weight and follow the Week 8 program (with the additional weight) for two additional weeks. Then add another Extra Weight and follow the same program for two more weeks. Then add the third and continue for a final two weeks.
