First, ensure you have all the program components before you begin. Next, review the schedule, so you know when to perform the program each day. After that, set up your Private Gym account and check how to use each program part. Then, follow the steps for at least four weeks to assess how you respond to each part of the program.
After this initial period, you may make adjustments to optimize your program. However, if you adversely react to any part of it, please stop using that component immediately and contact our coaches or your doctor.

The weekly base schedule for the Prostate Health Program is below.
This schedule requires that you take the SPUNK supplement twice daily and perform the Kegel exercise program 3-4 times a week. Remember to always rest one day in between Kegel workout sessions.

Follow the instructions on the product page and start by taking one capsule with your first meal of the day and one capsule at night with your evening meal.
It usually takes 30 days for effects to show, so please begin as soon as possible.

Unbox the Private Gym Complete Training Program and familiarize yourself with the contents.
Register for a Private Gym online account or load the enclosed DVD into your laptop or desktop if you do not intend to access the training videos online.
Once registered, you will receive an email with instructions to log onto your Private Gym account online.
Log into your Private Gym account via the My Account page of the Private Gym website. After logging in, click the "My Training Videos" button. The Private Gym’s guided, easy-to-follow-along program will make it simple to get started.

Now you are ready to start the Kegel training program. First, as instructed in the Introduction to Complete Training page, begin with Week 1 and spend at least seven days training on each level.
If necessary, you may take more than one week on each level. Only proceed to a new level when you can complete your current level without undue strain. Many users take more than eight weeks to complete all program levels.
Once you complete Week 8, continue using that level as your ongoing workout program.
