Unbox the Private Gym Complete Training Program and familiarize yourself with the contents.
Register for a Private Gym online account or load the enclosed DVD into your laptop or desktop if you do not intend to access the training videos online.
Once registered, you will receive an email with instructions to log onto your Private Gym account online.
Log into your Private Gym account via the My Account page of the Private Gym website. After logging in, click the "My Training Videos" button. The Private Gym’s guided, easy-to-follow-along program will make it simple to get started.
Make sure to watch the Introduction to the Private Gym Program video and Training Tips Video before starting the program.
Now you are ready to start the Complete Training Program. As instructed in the Introduction to Complete Training page, begin the Private Gym’s Basic Training Week 1. Although not required, performing the exercises while erect or partially erect will increase the effectiveness of the routines, since your pelvic muscles will be engaged and blood flow will increase.
This is a good time to use your Uberlube to stimulate yourself in order to enhance your erection. Continue through the Private Gym program as directed until you complete all 8 Weeks of Complete Training.
The Sexual Performance Program includes six additional weeks of exercises. Starting after you complete Week 8, add an Extra Weight and follow the Week 8 program (with the additional weight) for two additional weeks. Then add another Extra Weight and follow the same program for two more weeks. Then add the third and continue for a final two weeks.
For clarity, the next phase of the program is as follows:
•Weeks 9-10, 1 Extra Weight
•Weeks 11-12, 2 Extra Weights
•Weeks 13-14, 3 Extra Weights
