Your Step-by-Step Instructions
We recommend you follow the steps below for at least two weeks to assess how you respond to each part of the Testosterone Booster Program. After this initial period, you may adjust the duration of the Hormone Boosting components of the program (Optimus Red and JetPack). Also, if you have an adverse reaction to any part of it, please stop using that component immediately. We are available for coaching and to answer questions at any time.

STEP 1 - UNBOX COMPLETE TRAINING
MY ACCOUNT ACCESS
Unbox the Private Gym Complete Training Program and familiarize yourself with the contents.
Register for a Private Gym online account or load the enclosed DVD into your laptop or desktop if you do not intend to access the training videos online.
Once registered, you will receive an email with instructions to log onto your Private Gym account online.
STEP 2 - GET ONLINE ACCESS
VIEW INTRODUCTION VIDEOS
Log into your Private Gym account via the My Account page of the Private Gym website. After logging in, click the "My Training Videos" button. The Private Gym’s guided, easy-to-follow-along program will make it simple to get started.
Make sure to watch the Introduction to the Private Gym Program video and Training Tips Video before starting the program.
STEP 3 - BEGIN KEGEL PROGRAM
Now you are ready to start the Complete Training Program.
First, as instructed in the Introduction to Complete Training page, begin Basic Training Week 1. Your online training videos will guide you through Weeks 1-8 of the program. Note that you can take longer than a week on each "Week," if necessary. Only proceed to the next level once you can complete the existing Week comfortably and without excessive strain.
STEP 4 - ADVANCED RESISTANCE TRAINING
The Testosterone Booster Program also includes six additional weeks of Kegel programming after completing Week 8, called Advanced Resistance Training, which is as follows:
Weeks 9-10 - Use 1 weight
Weeks 11-12 - Use 2 weights
Weeks 13-14+- Use 3 weights
Once you can perform the exercises with three extra weights, keep that weight for your ongoing training sessions. This challenging routine will dramatically increase your erectile firmness, ejaculatory force, and the strength of your orgasms.

GET REFILLS
Follow the instructions on the product page and take one capsule daily with your evening meal. It usually takes 2-4 weeks for effects to show, so please begin as soon as possible.

Hormone Boosting Program
Perform these steps daily, including two sessions with Optimus Red and one with JetPack. After two weeks, you may change the number or length of sessions to find the ideal boost. Please contact us if you need help deciding how to optimize the sessions.
STEP 1 - ACTIVATE OPTIMUS RED
Remove Optimus Red from its travel case and turn both lights to the desired intensity. We recommend using the low setting for your initial session and increasing the power gradually to high as you get accustomed to using it.
Remember to charge Optimus Red with the included charging cable once per week to ensure sufficient power.

STEP 2 - BEGIN AM AND PM SESSIONS
DETAILED INSTRUCTIONS
Place Optimus Red directly on top of your testicles with your underwear over the device to keep it in place.
Remove Optimus Red immediately if the micro panels get hot (not just warm from your body heat). Properly functioning micro panels will not get hot.
Keep Optimus Red in place for 10-20 minutes twice per day, once in the morning and once shortly before bed and before using JetPack.
STEP 3 - REMOVE JETPACK FROM FREEZER
DETAILED INSTRUCTIONS
After the second daily session with Optimus Red, it's time to use JetPack.
For optimal results, use immediately before bed. Remove the JetPack from the freezer and its storage bag. Allow the Jetpack to warm up until the gel is slushy, not firm.
STEP 4 - PRE-BEDTIME JETPACK SESSION
Place the JetPack directly on top of your testicles. Direct skin contact or on top of your underwear are both OK.
If the cold feels too intense, we recommend that you place the JetPack on top of your underwear or let it warm up for a few minutes. The cold should not be painful. Keep the JetPack in place for 5-10 minutes.
After use, remove the JetPack from your testicles, return it to its storage bag, then return it to the freezer.
JetPack is the final step of the program each day.
ADDITIONAL TIPS
Incorporating the program into your daily routine is the best way to make sure you stick to it and get maximum results. To that end, we recommend that you attach the program steps to other tasks you are already performing daily. This connection will make it easier to form new habits with the program.
Likewise, the program is very portable. Please make sure you take it with you when you travel so don't miss any days. Consistency is the key to getting maximum results!

• Do not use Optimus Red if you are prone to heat rash.
• If you have testicular cancer, consult your oncologist before using Optimus Red.
• Do not use Primal Cold JetPack if you have hypersensitivity to cold.
• Do not use Primal Cold JetPack if you have peripheral vascular disease (medically diagnosed poor circulation.)
