We recommend you follow the steps below for at least two weeks to assess how you respond to each part of the Testosterone Booster Program. After this initial period, you may adjust the duration of the Hormone Boosting components of the program (Optimus Red and JetPack). Also, if you have an adverse reaction to any part of it, please stop using that component immediately. We are available for coaching and to answer questions at any time.
Log into your Private Gym account via the My Account page of the Private Gym website. After logging in, click the "My Training Videos" button. The Private Gym’s guided, easy-to-follow-along program will make it simple to get started.
Now you are ready to start the Complete Training Program.
First, as instructed in the Introduction to Complete Training page, begin Basic Training Week 1. Your online training videos will guide you through Weeks 1-8 of the program. Note that you can take longer than a week on each "Week," if necessary. Only proceed to the next level once you can complete the existing Week comfortably and without excessive strain.
The Testosterone Booster Program also includes six additional weeks of Kegel programming after completing Week 8, called Advanced Resistance Training, which is as follows:
Weeks 9-10 - Use 1 weight
Weeks 11-12 - Use 2 weights
Weeks 13-14+- Use 3 weights
Once you can perform the exercises with three extra weights, keep that weight for your ongoing training sessions. This challenging routine will dramatically increase your erectile firmness, ejaculatory force, and the strength of your orgasms.
Perform these steps daily, including two sessions with Optimus Red and one with JetPack. After two weeks, you may change the number or length of sessions to find the ideal boost. Please contact us if you need help deciding how to optimize the sessions.
Remove Optimus Red from its travel case and turn both lights to the desired intensity. We recommend using the low setting for your initial session and increasing the power gradually to high as you get accustomed to using it.
Remember to charge Optimus Red with the included charging cable once per week to ensure sufficient power.

Place the JetPack directly on top of your testicles. Direct skin contact or on top of your underwear are both OK.
If the cold feels too intense, we recommend that you place the JetPack on top of your underwear or let it warm up for a few minutes. The cold should not be painful. Keep the JetPack in place for 5-10 minutes.
After use, remove the JetPack from your testicles, return it to its storage bag, then return it to the freezer.
JetPack is the final step of the program each day.
Incorporating the program into your daily routine is the best way to make sure you stick to it and get maximum results. To that end, we recommend that you attach the program steps to other tasks you are already performing daily. This connection will make it easier to form new habits with the program.
Likewise, the program is very portable. Please make sure you take it with you when you travel so don't miss any days. Consistency is the key to getting maximum results!

• Do not use Primal Cold JetPack if you have hypersensitivity to cold.
