The base schedule for the Quick Boost Testosterone Booster Program is on the weekly plan below.
Perform your Kegel exercises 3-4 times a week at any time of day. Remember to always rest one day in between sessions. Take the SupporT supplement once daily with your final meal of the day. Then, also use JetPack once daily for 5-10 minutes before bed each night.
First, log into your Private Gym account via the My Account page of the Private Gym website.
After logging in, click the "My Training Videos" button. The Private Gym's guided, easy-to-follow-along program will simplify getting started. Begin with Week 1.
Each week you will steadily build pelvic muscle strength and control. As you progress through the program, your erections will get firmer, and your ejaculatory force and control will increase.
Note that you can take longer than a week on each "Week," if necessary. Only proceed to the next level once you can complete the existing Week comfortably and without excessive strain. Once you reach Week 4, keep it as your ongoing routine.
At that point, you may also upgrade to the Complete Training Program to unlock Weeks 5-8 and make further gains.
Follow the instructions on the product page and take one capsule daily with your evening meal. It usually takes 2-4 weeks for effects to show, so please begin as soon as possible.

Use JetPack immediately before bed each night. Remove the JetPack from the freezer and its storage bag. Allow the Jetpack to warm up until the gel is slushy, not firm.
Place the JetPack directly on top of your testicles. Direct skin contact or on top of your underwear are both OK.
If the cold feels too intense, we recommend placing the JetPack on top of your underwear or letting it warm up for a few minutes. The cold should not be painful. Keep the JetPack in place for 5-10 minutes.
After use, remove the JetPack from your testicles. Then return it to its storage bag and the freezer. JetPack is the final step of the program each day.
Incorporating the program into your daily routine is the best way to ensure you stick to it and get maximum results. We recommend associating the program steps with other tasks you are already performing daily. This connection will make it easier to form new habits with the program.
Likewise, this program is very portable. Please take it when you travel to perform it without interruption. Consistency is the key to getting maximum results!
