This schedule requires that you use the JetPack once daily for 5-10 minutes before bedtime. Then, perform the combination jelqing and Kegel exercise program sequence 3-4 times a week at any time of day. Always rest one day in between Kegel workout sessions.
We recommend sticking to this routine for four weeks and assessing the initial results before adjusting.

Unbox the Private Gym Complete Training Program and familiarize yourself with the contents.
Register for a Private Gym online account or load the enclosed DVD into a compatible player if you do not intend to access the training videos online.
Once registered, you will receive an email with instructions to log onto your Private Gym account online.

When you are ready to begin, log into your Private Gym account via the My Account page of the Private Gym website. After logging in, click the "My Training Videos" button. The Private Gym's guided, easy-to-follow-along program will simplify getting started.
The Ultimate Penis Workout Program requires one set of jelqing before each Kegel exercise session. If you are new to jelqing, follow the instructions below.
Put two pumps of Max Out Enhancement Serum in your hand. Then spread it evenly along the shaft of your penis.
Use your thumb and pointer finger to form an “OK” grip. This grip is the hand position used to jelq with Max Out.
Using the OK grip, place your hand around the base of your penis. Your hand should be as close to your pubic bone as possible.
Using light pressure with the OK grip, slowly move your hand up the penis. The ideal jelqing pressure does not cause pain but can push blood up the penis.
Stop the jelq directly before it reaches your glans (the head of your penis). This movement is one complete jelq. Each jelq should take 2-3 seconds to complete.
One session of jelqing should include 100 repetitions. You must alternate hands each jelq. If the penis becomes dry during the process, apply more Max Out Enhancement Serum or moisten with water to reactivate the Max Out Serum.
When you are ready to start the Kegel exercise program, begin Basic Training Week 1. Your online training videos will guide you through Weeks 1-4 of the program. For now, do not proceed past Week 4.
Note that you can take longer than a week on each "Week," if necessary. Only proceed to the next level once you can complete the existing Week comfortably and without excessive strain.
When you can comfortably complete Week 4 of the Basic Training Program, you can proceed to Week 5, which requires the resistance equipment and the Power Ring.
An erection is necessary to use the resistance equipment. The Power Ring will enhance the hardness and duration of your erection.
To use the Power Ring, stretch it with two hands and place it around the base of the penis. The ring should be as close to the body as possible to maximize results.
Do not leave the ring in place for more than 30-minutes at a time.
Now you should add the resistance equipment. Begin the Week 5 workout and proceed through the program until you reach Week 8.
When you complete all three sets of the Kegel exercise program, it is OK to bring yourself to orgasm after removing the resistance equipment.
You can keep the Power Ring in place until after the workout session is complete or after you reach orgasm. But when removing the Power Ring, use two hands, with the opposite motion used when engaging it.
Remove Primal Cold JetPack from the freezer and its storage bag. Allow your Jetpack to warm up until the gel is slushy, not firm.
Find a comfortable place to lie down. Then, position your penis up against your body so that your testicles are exposed.
Place Primal Cold JetPack directly on top of your testicles. Direct skin contact or on top of your underwear are both OK.
If the cold feels too intense, we recommend placing your JetPack on top of your underwear or letting it warm up for a few minutes.
The cold should not be painful.
Keep your JetPack in place for 5-10 minutes.
After 5-10 minutes of use, remove Primal Cold JetPack from your testicles. Then put it in its storage bag and return it to the freezer.
Your JetPack will be ready for action when you begin your next session!
Use the Ultimate Penis Workout Program consistently to get the maximum benefit. You must perform the Kegel exercise program with jelqing 3-4 times per week.
Furthermore, since erections are a form of exercise for your penis, self-stimulation is beneficial and highly recommended, especially if there is no opportunity for sexual activity with a partner.
Finally, your lifestyle should include a healthy diet, sufficient sleep, and regular exercise, with no tobacco products or excessive alcohol consumption, to maximize your erection quality.
