Your Starting Weekly Routine
The base schedule for the Ultimate Penis Workout Program is on the weekly plan below.
This schedule requires that you use the JetPack once daily for 5-10 minutes before bedtime. Then, perform the combination jelqing and Kegel exercise program sequence 3-4 times a week at any time of day. Always rest one day in between Kegel workout sessions.
We recommend sticking to this routine for four weeks and assessing the initial results before adjusting.

When you are ready to begin, log into your Private Gym account via the My Account page of the Private Gym website. After logging in, click the "My Training Videos" button. The Private Gym's guided, easy-to-follow-along program will simplify getting started.
One session of jelqing should include 100 repetitions. You must alternate hands each jelq. If the penis becomes dry during the process, apply more Max Out Enhancement Serum or moisten with water to reactivate the Max Out Serum.
An erection is necessary to use the resistance equipment. The Power Ring will enhance the hardness and duration of your erection.
To use the Power Ring, stretch it with two hands and place it around the base of the penis. The ring should be as close to the body as possible to maximize results.
Do not leave the ring in place for more than 30-minutes at a time.
Now you should add the resistance equipment. Begin the Week 5 workout and proceed through the program until you reach Week 8.
When you complete all three sets of the Kegel exercise program, it is OK to bring yourself to orgasm after removing the resistance equipment.
You can keep the Power Ring in place until after the workout session is complete or after you reach orgasm. But when removing the Power Ring, use two hands, with the opposite motion used when engaging it.
Once you can complete Week 8 comfortably, you may begin to add extra weights. However, you should use the Week 8 program as your routine, no matter how many additional weights you use.
The only change will be the number of weights - otherwise, the workout is identical.
Remove Primal Cold JetPack from the freezer and its storage bag. Allow your Jetpack to warm up until the gel is slushy, not firm. Find a comfortable place to lie down. Then, position your penis up against your body so that your testicles are exposed.
