Step 1

Choose a private, quiet and dimly-lit room in your home. Your bedroom is an ideal location. Try to be as relaxed as possible. Reflect on sexual thoughts or memories. Try to avoid thoughts that cause anxiety or worrisome feelings, since this can impede sexual response.

How to Use the Viberect X2 Medical Device

Step 2

Hold the Viberect device in your dominant hand and power it on by pressing and holding the power button for a moment.

At this point the device is ready, but no vibrations will occur until you bring both tongs together by closing your fingers around them.

Step 3

As the tongs close, the pads will begin to vibrate. Depending on your preference, you may choose to change the intensity of stimulation, by pushing the frequency adjustment buttons with your thumb.

You may also change modes so that only the upper or dorsal pad vibrates, so that only the lower or ventral pad vibrates, or both. Most men choose to enable both pads at the highest frequency.

Step 4

With one hand stretch your penis gently. With the other bring the vibrating pads in contact with the top and bottom surfaces of your out-stretched penis.

The Viberect's pads will begin to vibrate stimulating the nerves in your penis. If the stimulation is too intense or uncomfortable, try to decrease the frequency of vibration.

Alternately you may release your grip on the lower body of the Viberect, and it will shut off immediately.

Step 5

Continue stimulating the shaft and head of the penis by gently moving the vibrating pads to whichever area provides the best sensation.

As your penis begins to become engorged, the Viberect device will gradually open to accommodate the increased girth.

Releasing the Viberect and Powering Down

Step 6

Once your penis is firm enough for sexual activity, turn off the Viberect by releasing the lower tong. Then power it off completely by holding the power button for three seconds.

You are now ready for sexual activity.
