Delivers what it promises

I'm 43 and very fit, but had just started to notice the last year or so that the quality of my erections and ejaculation 'force' & volume had both started to decline...NOT GOOD! I really wanted to get back to how everything worked when I was 25-35! ...so, I have just completed week 4 of the basic program, and am very happy with the results. By the end of week 2, I noticed I could really feel a new, better and stronger tone in my PC muscles...from there they have just gotten stronger and stronger. DEFINITE improvement in all areas. I can not wait to start with the week 5 resistance training, I feel that is where the "superman" results will come. Now after week 4, the difference is amazing, and I can contract my PC muscles powerfully and easily. Anyway, great program! Do yourself a favor - stay healthy all over.
