It's a Big Help

I'm working on Week 2 because I'm a difficult case at 72. As my previous review stated, it has helped me stop dribbling after urinating. My urine stream is back to my 50s--no difficulty starting or stopping. I go to the bathroom 3-4 times a day instead of every hour or so. I feel great in that respect. Still working towards the ability to have an erection hard enough to have sex with my wife. I love it.

Thank you, Private Gym!!!! I love my private gym I've only been using the Private Gym for 3 weeks, and only have one more week of basic training then moving on to the resistance training. I am a 47 year old ex athlete and I live a healthy life style, also I train 4-5 days a week and have two titanium hip replacements, so my Lumbo pelvic area is very sensitive to any kind of core training. The first week of basic training I could feel a major difference internally, so I knew this was a good product and program. Basic Training Program

The training program assessed my PFM and surprised me just how weak they were and still are. However, PFM strength is improving, therefore the program has increased my awareness of the PFM value and their loss of strength has decrease my quality of sex life...time will tell if I can develop the PFM strength to regain my performance.
