These are the starting instructions for the Erectile Dysfunction Program. Please follow these steps exactly as described for at least several weeks before changing your program routine.

KEGEL EXERCISE PROGRAM
Step 1 – Unbox Complete Training
Activate Your Account
Unbox the Private Gym Complete Training Program and familiarize yourself with the contents.
Register for a Private Gym online account or load the enclosed DVD into a compatible player if you do not intend to access the training videos online.
Once registered, you will receive an email with instructions to log onto your Private Gym account online.
Step 2 – Get Online Access
Activate Your Account
Watch the Introduction to the Private Gym Program Videos before starting the program.
When you are ready to begin, log into your Private Gym account via the My Account page of the Private Gym website. After logging in, click the "My Training Videos" button. The Private Gym's guided, easy-to-follow-along program will simplify getting started.
Step 3 – Begin the Basic Training Program
Now you are ready to start the Kegel exercise program.
First, begin Basic Training Week 1. Your online training videos will guide you through Weeks 1-4 of the program. For now, do not proceed past Week 4.
Note that you can take longer than a week on each "Week," if necessary. Only proceed to the next level once you can complete the existing Week comfortably and without excessive strain.
Step 4 – The Resistance Training Program

When you can comfortably complete Week 4 of the Basic Training Program, you can proceed to Week 5, which requires the resistance equipment. Note that an erection is necessary to use the resistance equipment.
If you cannot achieve an unassisted erection, you will use the Viberect to help complete the Week 5-8 exercise sessions. However, you can use the Spartan Power Ring to sustain your erection, even if not using the Viberect.

Step 5 – Resistance Training Program
Trigger a partial erection using either the Viberect or manual stimulation. Next, place the Spartan Power Ring around the base of the penis. You can find instructions on how to use the Power Ring here. Then continue to stimulate yourself until you are fully erect.
Now proceed to complete Weeks 5-8 of the Kegel program by following the guided program. Just as in Basic Training, only move to the next level once you can complete the existing Week comfortably and without excessive strain.
When you complete all three sets of the Kegel exercise program, it is OK to bring yourself to orgasm manually or by using the Viberect.
SUPPLEMENTS PROGRAM

Follow the instructions on the product page and take one tablet in the morning and one in the evening with a meal.
You may increase the dosage to two tablets in the morning and two in the evening (four tablets total) if there is no effect at a lower dosage.
It usually takes 2-4 weeks for effects to show, so please begin as soon as possible.

HOW TO PREPARE FOR SEXUAL ACTIVITY
The Erectile Dysfunction Program also helps you achieve better erections during sexual activity. By following the steps below, you will increase your chances of attaining an erection sufficient for sexual activity with or without a partner.
Step 1 – Warm Up Your Pelvic Muscles
A short set of Kegel exercises 15-30 minutes before sexual activity will warm up your pelvic floor and improve blood flow and erection quality. You may adjust this set based on how your body feels.
Perform one set of these three exercises with the same tempo used during the Basic Training Program:
• 3x Long Hard Flexes
• 20x Rapid Flexes
• 1x Hold (5-10 seconds)
STEP 2 - TRIGGER AN ERECTION WITH VIBERECT
When it is time for sexual activity, use the Viberect for 1-4 minutes if you cannot achieve an erection unassisted. When you are semi-erect, place the Spartan Power Ring at the base of your penis to improve your erection quality. Also, use several pumps of Uberlube to lubricate your penis while using the Viberect to increase sensitivity. Then, continue stimulating yourself or use Viberect until you are fully erect.
Step 3 – Commence With Sexual Activity
Once you commence sexual activity, use the Viberect as needed to restore an erection. There is no limit to how much you can use the Viberect if it does not become painful. Likewise, use as much Uberlube as necessary to maximize performance. You may wear the Spartan Power Ring for up to 30 minutes with a 15-minute break between sessions.
ADDITIONAL TIPS
Use the Erectile Dysfunction Program consistently to get the maximum benefit. You must perform the Kegel exercise program at least three times per week and take the supplements daily.
Furthermore, since erections are a form of exercise for your penis, regularly using the Viberect for self-stimulation - especially if there is no opportunity for sexual activity with a partner - is beneficial and highly recommended.
Finally, your lifestyle should include a healthy diet, sufficient sleep, and regular exercise, with no tobacco products or excessive alcohol consumption, to maximize your erection quality.
PRECAUTIONS
• Do not use Power Rings if you have a penile injury.
• If you have diabetes, cardiovascular disease, a blood or nerve disease, consult your doctor before using a Power Ring.
• If you are on blood-thinning medication, consult your doctor before using a Power Ring.
• To prevent falling asleep while wearing a Power Ring, do not use it while taking medication that impacts your awareness or attention.
• Do not use Uberlube if you are trying to conceive.
• Do not use Uberlube if you or your partner are allergic to silicone.
• Avoid using Uberlube with devices made of silicone, including hard plastic silicone.
• Viberect use by men with spinal cord injuries carries the risk of Autonomic Dysreflexia.
