Great Information on Pelvic Floor

I recommend this book for those starting a Pelvic Floor exercise program.

This book is not organized like other "common reader textbooks." Even the chapter titles do not seem to matter much, and there is no index.

Still, I recommend it be read and enjoyed from front to back. You will find a lot of things you didn't know and will find virtually everything relevant to male pelvic floor fitness.

Shipment Being Late

Great Book to Understand what you Need to Do to Regain your Performance

I bought the PG system because of problems with ED. This book is invaluable to understand what you are trying to do to strengthen the pelvic floor muscles and ultimately, sexual performance. This book is thorough in its description of physiology and what can go wrong in that department, more than I need to address ED. But knowing what muscles do what and thinking about how the PG device is strengthening them makes for a more holistic understanding of what I was working toward while also giving me motivation to continue. Beyond the physiology of what the PG device addresses, this book moves into the broader realm of Pilates and core exercises to ensure your best performance. Incredibly good and well worth the price!

Great Content and Clear Guidance on How to Improve Performance

This book is wonderful with just about everything you wanted to know about how to improve your pelvic fitness. The information on the muscles that support pelvic health and how to strengthen them aligns incredibly well with how the Private Gym works. I was not getting the most out of the PG exercises until I read the book. Be sure to read it!
