Thank you for visiting this page to learn more about us! I want to share the tale of how we got started because it's not your typical founder's story.
It involved getting fed up with fake "male enhancement" products, a friendship with a real-life gangster, and eventually, a partnership with America's top male sexual health professionals.
We have to go back to my teenage years to get the complete picture. Like many teenagers, I was interested in girls but had no experience and was not very confident around them.
That instantly made my neighbor (an actual gangster who had not one but TWO live-in girlfriends) my absolute hero and the biggest badass in my world.
To my testosterone-fueled, teenage mind, who better ask for sex advice? So when he told me his secret, I was floored.
HE WORKED OUT HIS PENIS.
Yes, you read that correctly! This guy had a full-blown strengthening routine that helped him keep both of his girlfriends satisfied.
As a routine, it was pretty crude. He would drape a wet towel over his erect penis, then repeatedly lift it up. He did this several times per week. He often described what super penis strength allowed him to do, and the stories were fantastic and hilarious!
Fast forward to about ten years ago. My partner David found an article in The Wall Street Journal about a company that sold penis enlargement pills which had made over $500M in sales in just one year.
But it turns out the business was a complete fraud. Their "miracle" pills didn't work at all!
Now you and I both know that most of those claims are BS, that there's no magic pill to make your penis bigger. But we were shocked how many men were duped by this company.
That's when I recalled my neighbor's secret routine, and it was like a lightbulb went off in my head!
How we developed our first product
After talking it over, David and I believed that we could develop a product based on my neighbor's exercise routine but make it even better. Still, we didn't know exactly how to get started. First, we needed a highly-credible medical professional to join us - ideally someone who was pre-eminent in his field.
We spent a long time trying to find just the right person. Eventually, we met Dr. Andrew Siegel, one of the top urologists in the nation. He had written several influential books, including Male Pelvic Fitness and Prostate Cancer 20/20, and believed in our mission.
It was a perfect match, and he brought the critical missing piece to our team.
With Dr. Siegel's help, we developed a program that had two parts: 1) a best-in-class Kegel exercise program and 2) a patented, groundbreaking resistance device that multiplied the effectiveness of the Kegel program. There was (and still is) nothing like it available anywhere in the world.
We called this product The Complete Training Program.
When the program was ready, we began to test it on men of all different ages and health profiles. Of course, we expected it to work, but the results exceeded even our greatest expectations.

The Complete Training Program turned out to be one of the most effective, all-natural male sexual health products ever developed. Best of all, it has a broad impact across various problem areas.

THE NEXT PHASE: TARGETED PROGRAMS
Since we launched The Private Gym, we learned what works and what doesn't by coaching thousands of men to improve their sexual health. In addition, we recorded tons of data about how and why our customers were using The Complete Training Program.
What we found was fascinating. Many men were using the Complete Training Program for its original purpose: to improve sexual performance.
But many others were using it to help with a host of issues such as reversing erectile dysfunction, fighting premature ejaculation, increasing penis size, preventing urinary incontinence, and preparing for or recovering from prostate surgery.
Often they combined The Complete Training Program with other products to enhance the results.

OUR THREE GUIDING PRINCIPLES
Principle #1
With so many questionable products in the male sexual health marketplace, we believe it's critical to offer only products backed by research and science. That's why every product we offer has either undergone clinical trials or has been shown to work through scientific research.
Does that mean every product will work for everyone, all of the time? Of course not. No health products work 100% of the time. However, the products we offer can all be effective when used correctly.
Of all the Three Guiding Principles, this is the most crucial, and that's why it is listed first.
Principle #2
What's the point of solving a problem if the "solution" causes new, different issues that also require treatment?
Unfortunately, with modern Western medicine, this is all too often the case.
That's why we develop and select products that have zero or negligible side effects.
This means that almost all our products are drug-free, you can use them at home without a doctor's supervision, and are low risk when used correctly.

It's difficult for men to find reliable, credible help for sexual health issues. The internet is full of dubious information. In the real world, medical doctors are short on time, lack specific expertise, and default to prescription drugs when other solutions are better first-line treatments.
